Skills Clinic
These Skill Clinics will be held at J2 to help climbers work on various climbing skills. There will be both BEGINNER and INTERMEDIATE level clinics. Each clinic will work on fundamental theory, movement and execution.
The clinics will be as follows:
BEGINNER CLINICS
($50, HST included)
Tuesday January 30th @ 6:30pm to 8pm - Intro to FOOT WORK (PAST EVENT)
Tuesday February 27th @ 6:30pm to 8pm - Intro to DYNOS

If you’re working on Black and Yellow tapes for these specific skills, the beginner clinic would be the right fit for you. For example, if you consistently climb White tape climbs but only attempt Yellow Tape dynos, sign up for the Beginner Dyno Clinic.
If you’re working consistently climbing White and Purple climbs, the intermediate skills clinic would most likely be the right fit for you. Climb Green tape climbs but struggle with Purple tape dynos? Intermediate Dynos & Coordination Clinic would be a great option for you!
